Heat Exchangers
Heat exchangers meeting with ASME / TEMA requirement, shell and tube type, U-tube bundles, stacked heat exchangers, Re-boilers etc. tube to tube sheet joints with or without expansion in tube bores, seal / strength welding as required. Expansion bellows as per design requirement.
Continuous Pusher Centrifuges
Excellent German design facilitates continuous solid to liquid separation for chemical, salt, fertilizer industries, size range from 200 mm nominal diameter baskets to 700 mm nominal diameters with two stage operation. Special design provides minimum of moisture content in the separated solids with maximum of output and minimum of solid losses and attrition. Material of construction for process parts can be stainless steel of various grades, Hastalloy, etc as per application.
Vertical Basket Centrifuges
Various sizes of vertical basket centrifuges from 10" to 60" size with options of manual top discharge, bag lifting type, bottom discharge, etc with variable frequency drive, safety interlocks, CIP arrangement, etc meeting with c-GMP requirement for pharma application. material of construction shall be carbon steel, rubber lined, various grades of stainless steels, Halar lined, Hastalloy, etc.

Heat exchangers have fabricated HE of 755m2 surface area. We can manufacture the job with any grade of CS & SS material as well as high grade material like Hast alloy , SS 904L and SS317L.
Tube sheet drilling capacity up to 100m thick and diameter up to 3.5m. We can manufacture heat exchangers of shell and tube type, U tube bundle, reboiler, floating head type, coil and stacked type.
