Innovate Knowledge Solutions, a division of Oriental Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd., is a dedicated State-Of-the-Art Design Center to cater to needs of the emerging industries. With around 10 qualified design professionals and a 15 member team for allied & support services, Innovate offers solutions spanning mechanical design, process design wherever required, preparing fabrication drawings, and providing post design support with Third Part Design verification agencies like Lloyds, BV, CCoE etc.

Innovate’s primary expertise is in the Mechanical Engineering field, and is capable of handling electromechanica projects of varying and diverse complexities.

Originally established as a subsidiary to Oriental Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd, a well known equipment fabrication firm, Innovate today has been hived off as a separate center to provide engineering design services to the industry.

  We provide complete design solutions, from design to solid modeling, 2D detail drawings & fabrication drawings  to custom builds, as required.  

We also undertake customized fabrication, pilot lot production, installation & commissioning of designed equipment.

Latest tech: Our entire design center is outfitted with the latest in computer technology from DELL, a leader in workstations technology. Armed with QUAD-CORE workstations, we are able to significantly reduce design and visualizations time as compared to conventional PC based methods.

Design Softwares: Innovate uses licenced design softwares of AutoCAD, PVElite & Pro-E to help in effective & Efficient design & modeling work.

Trained manpower: With a core strength of industrial designers, engineers and drafting & modeling professionals, supported by a back end team of 10 people, Innovate is able to offer diverse design services in different capacities.

Security: Innovate has subscribed to the most stringent norms for back-ups as well as duplication of designs to ensure that all data is secure and safe within the organization.

ISO 9001 (Quality processes) & ISO 27001 (Data security) certification process is underway.

Connectivity: Innovate is connected through two internet connections which supplement each other and act as back up for each other whenever one line is down. This ensures that data can be passed on to clients and received without any interruptions. Innovate is accessible 365/24/7 such that we are able to cater to clients across different time-zones.

Location: The design center is located in the heart of Ahmedabad which is the commercial capital of Gujarat. This helps in excellent and up-to-the-time connectivity with almost all major cities in terms of travel, transportation and document dispatches.

Record-Keeping: Innovate maintains a state of the art library of all work carried out for its clients with a record of all modifications carried out during the design process. This gives the client the luxury to get their data from us several years after their projects have been completed.

Up-to-date libraries and codes: We maintain an up-to-date library (physical and digital) of all important design and fabrication codes. These supplement all the reference books that are available for our engineers. Other than our ever growing extensive database of book and digital resources, we also have immediate access to vast database of books at the British Library which is housed right next to the Design Center.
