Heat Exchangers

Heat exchangers meeting with ASME / TEMA requirement, shell and tube type, U-tube bundles, stacked heat exchangers, Re-boilers etc. tube to tube sheet joints with or without expansion in tube bores, seal / strength welding as required. Expansion bellows as per design requirement.

Continuous Pusher Centrifuges

Excellent German design facilitates continuous solid to liquid separation for chemical, salt, fertilizer industries, size range from 200 mm nominal diameter baskets to 700 mm nominal diameters with two stage operation. Special design provides minimum of moisture content in the separated solids with maximum of output and minimum of solid losses and attrition. Material of construction for process parts can be stainless steel of various grades, Hastalloy, etc as per application.

Vertical Basket Centrifuges

Various sizes of vertical basket centrifuges from 10" to 60" size with options of manual top discharge, bag lifting type, bottom discharge, etc with variable frequency drive, safety interlocks, CIP arrangement, etc meeting with c-GMP requirement for pharma application. material of construction shall be carbon steel, rubber lined, various grades of stainless steels, Halar lined, Hastalloy, etc.

Vehicle Washing Plants

Completely automatic car, bus train coach washing plants designed for operational efficiency coupled with economy. Customized design for accommodating various types of vehicles with the same plant to handle various types of vehicles available in the pool.

INCREASE THROUGHPUT

Our unique patented feed distribution system has been proven to increase throughput up to 35 % over identically sized competitive units, thus effectively reducing the capital investment.

BROADER FIELDS OF APPLICATION

We can separate finer crystals without appreciable increases in fine losses. The median crystal size can be as small as 0.125mm with up to 20% of crystals between 0.08 - 0.10mm.

LOWER FEEDS SOLIDS CONCENTRATION

With the state of the art feed systems,lower solid concentration can be handled when compared to commonly utilized feed distribution systems.
